What is Bubble Tea?
Bubble tea comes from Taiwan and it is treated as a refreshment also known as pearl tea drink, boba ice tea, boba nai cha, pearl milk tea and QQ tea (Chinese slang for chewy). This drink can be divided into green or black tea, milk green or milk black tea, ice crushes, sherbets and ice coffee. Pearls is the dark colour sago balls sitting at the bottom of the glass to be sucked up through an over-sized straw. Tapioca has the great texture of bubble gum and therefore very chewy in the mouth. These well-cooked tapioca balls are what makes it special in these bubble tea drinks. The amount of tapioca given must not be too little as customers watch out for the amount served judge your drink product over it. Our tapioca balls are fully cooked by boiling and the secret is to rinse it under cold water two times and while the balls are still lukewarm, we sweetened it with white sugar to intensify the otherwise blend taste. Finally, these balls are ready to be used!
